Payment Information

Insurance Information
We currently accept ALL forms of insurance with chiropractic coverage. If you do not have medical insurance, or if your plan does not carry chiropractic benefits, you can take advantage of the very well-priced, non-insurance rates we offer.
If you have any questions about insurance, or if you would like to check to ensure that your insurance company is accepted, please contact us. We also have very good non-insurance rates in case your plan does not cover chiropractic care or massage therapy.
